This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which MYTECHLEARN provides refunds for training programs. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. General Refund Principle
Basic Refund Rule
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement signed by MYTECH LEARN.
This principle applies to all fee payments, including:
- Course registration fees
- Tuition fees
- Examination fees
- Certification fees
- Any other program-related fees
2. Refund Scenarios
Full Refund Eligible
- Course cancellation by institute
- Non-commencement of batch
- Material error in course description
Partial Refund Eligible
- Withdrawal before course start
- Technical issues (online courses)
- As per written agreement
No Refund Eligible
- After course commencement
- Change of mind
- Schedule conflicts
- Job commitments
- Personal reasons
3. Course Cancellation by Institute
Institute-Initiated Cancellation
In case of course cancellation by the institute, a full refund will be provided within 15 working days.
This applies when:
- Minimum batch strength not achieved
- Faculty unavailability
- Technical infrastructure issues
- Force majeure circumstances
- Institute operational decisions
Refund Process for Institute Cancellation
- Notification: Students notified immediately
- Refund Initiation: Within 3 working days
- Processing: 7-10 working days
- Completion: Within 15 working days
- Confirmation: Email/SMS confirmation sent
4. Student-Initiated Cancellation
Withdrawal Before Course Start
If a student wishes to withdraw before the course commencement date:

5. Refund After Course Commencement
Strict No-Refund Policy
Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes:
- After attending first class
- Access to learning materials provided
- Login credentials issued
- Course schedule shared
- Any form of course participation
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of medical emergencies with valid documentation and at the sole discretion of management.

- Document verification
- Eligibility check
- Fee calculation

7. Refund Timeline
Processing Timeframes
- Request Acknowledgment: Within 2 working days
- Verification Completion: Within 5 working days
- Approval Decision: Within 7 working days
- Refund Initiation: Within 10 working days
- Amount Credited: Within 15 working days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to same card
- Bank Transfer: Transfer to registered account
- Online Payment: Refund through payment gateway
- Cheque/DD: New cheque/DD issued
- Cash: Bank transfer only (for security)
9. Non-Refundable Components
Fees Not Eligible for Refund
The following fees/components are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration/Admission fees
- Study material costs (if provided)
- Examination fees (if attempted)
- Processing charges
- Taxes and government charges
- Any non-monetary benefits availed
10. Transfer Option
Course Transfer Instead of Refund
Instead of seeking a refund, students may opt for:
- Batch Transfer: Move to next available batch
- Course Transfer: Switch to different course
- Credit Transfer: Use fees for future courses
- Friend/Family Transfer: Transfer enrollment
Transfer requests must be made before course commencement and are subject to approval.
